Μόνο το πρωί,για μπορείς να κοιμηθείς το βράδυ...
μισή κουταλιά κοφτή ( ναι τόσο λίγο) και για ένα μήνα......από δική μου εμπειρία δεν χρειάζεται παραπάνω
