The X-FIT CrossFit Station gives you the opportunity to do a variety of exercises on your own or with your friends, using just your body or adding some straps, training rings, elastic bands, or whatever else you can imagine. You can include a series of body weight exercises, such as dumbbells, straps, rings, and exercises with cross balls.

At the top of the station, there are special targets for aiming and throwing the cross ball, making the training efficient, safe, and fun.
