The two-layer thermal construction of the hat includes:

  • Outer layer: Made from extremely soft waterproof material for reliable insulation and protection from the elements.
  • HeatWeaver® inner insulation: A velvety thermal lining that traps warm air close to the head.

This construction creates a thermal cavity between the layers, maximizing thermal efficiency. The hat not only looks great but also provides warmth, making it one of the warmest and comfiest accessories.

Fiber composition:

  • Outer: 55% polyester, 45% acrylic.
  • Lining: 100% polyester.

Machine washable at 30°C. The thermal hats can tumble dry, but they are happier air-drying on the line.
