This baguette and toast mold is made of 18/8 stainless steel, ideal for baking needs due to its resistance to temperatures above 230 °C without deformation. The mold features space for baking up to four baguettes, maintaining dimensions of 33 x 38 cm. Its design allows for the preparation of perfect baguettes, thanks to the grooves that ensure the dough retains its shape during baking.

Additionally, it has a PFOA-free non-stick surface, providing excellent release capability due to its micro-perforated design. Unlike other models, the micro-perforated design of this mold promotes much better air circulation in the oven, resulting in a finer baguette texture, giving it the characteristic crispy crust and soft dough of professional baking.

The opposite side of the grooves allows for the placement and formation of classic curved toasts. This mold is ideal for baking homemade bread, and its shape and material durability make it suitable for roasting vegetables, meat, and any food that can fit the size of the grooves, always providing better baking thanks to its micro-perforated surface.
