Decorative, elastic, and extremely matte sealing material. Silmat Color develops a high degree of adhesion with most materials, ensuring the integrity and waterproofing of surfaces subjected to deformation.

• Cement mortars and cement plasters or lime mortars
• Joints in floors subjected to moderate-high traffic

Intended use: In indoor and outdoor areas, in spaces exposed to frost, in partition joints, expansion-contraction joints, and connections on balconies, terraces, facades, bathrooms, shower trays, and frames. Also suitable for wet substrates.

Not to be used on rubber, plastic or bituminous materials that exude oils, solvents, or plasticizers. Do not use in completely closed spaces, as the product cures with atmospheric moisture. The material should be applied within 5 minutes of application.

Typically, the use of a primer is not required. For specific substrates, the use of an adhesion-promoting primer may be necessary. Silmat Color can be painted. If it is to be painted, the sealant must be fully cured.

Warnings: Product for professional use. Follow any regulations and applicable local legislations. Work at temperatures between +5 °C and +40°C. Protect the edges of the joint with masking tape, removing it and cleaning before curing. Silmat Color does not contain hazardous substances. Use in well-ventilated areas is recommended.
