    Very good air conditioner. It is in a small living room on an open second floor so I can't say how much it cools the whole space on its own since other air conditioners are also operating, but it brings the living room to 26C.

    When it actually works, yes, it heats the space! The problem is that it usually doesn't work! It stops functioning and doesn't start again no matter how many hours pass! The representative sent me a technician who didn't check anything and concluded that it was okay and even told various lies. I have been waiting for a second technician for weeks. The representative takes no responsibility, doesn't help at all, even though I have sent them 5 videos of the air conditioner not working! The lady in charge in Athens is extremely rude! It generally makes noise both inside and outside, but it's not something unbearable. In conclusion, I have an air conditioner that doesn't work!!! Stay away!

    Bought from Praktiker on 14/7 18000BTU, installed on 20/7 by a certified refrigeration technician because if I had waited for the free installation, it would have been at the end of August!
    Now, regarding the air conditioner, tested in cooling mode in a 60 square meter room and installed in the living room, with the air conditioner set at 26 degrees and outside temperature at 40+, it works like a refrigerator. During the afternoon or at night while sleeping, at 27 degrees, you need a sheet. If it is energy-efficient and durable over time, it is worth the money. (In hot weather, the specifications are A+++ 1060 kilowatts and not 1350 as stated in Skroutz) I will come back after receiving the DEI bill.

    It looks OK, it seems OK, I found it on sale at Praktiker.

    Big mistake - the unit came defective from the factory and I have been struggling for 15 days with the company that imports it because Praktiker does not take responsibility for the warranty.

    Nothing has been done except for 1-2 phone calls and no progress in having someone check and replace it.

    The unit was installed by an independent technician and a problem was found possibly in the outdoor unit.

    Specifically, the air conditioner, after 2 hours of operation set at the lowest cooling temperature, was blowing 23 degrees at the outlet vent.

    At the same exact time, in a 10 square meter space, it managed to reduce the internal temperature from 28 degrees to 27.

    For the past 15 days, I just have an ugly frame on the wall and no hope of replacement. So I am -300 euros for the unit, -100 euros for installation, and no response at all.

    Do not buy it, at this price there are options that, regardless of quality, have much better support.

    Update: 12/7/2024 after 2 months of adventure, and inspection by the authorized partner of the importer, it was determined that there was an installation error and the company disclaimed responsibility.

    In a repeat visit by the installer and a thorough check, it was found that the unit had come from the factory with half the amount of refrigerant and that's why it was malfunctioning. 48 hours later, it was recharged with the correct amount and now it works properly.

    So this unit cost what it cost +120 euros for the refill. At least it works.

The representative sent me a technician who didn't check anything and concluded that it was okay and even told various lies. I have been waiting for a second technician for weeks. The representative takes no responsibility, doesn't help at all, even though I have sent them 5 videos of the air conditioner not working! The lady in charge in Athens is extremely rude! It generally makes noise both inside and outside, but it's not something unbearable. In conclusion, I have an air conditioner that doesn't work!!! Stay away!

    Bought from Praktiker on 14/7 18000BTU, installed on 20/7 by a certified refrigeration technician because if I had waited for the free installation, it would have been at the end of August!
    Now, regarding the air conditioner, tested in cooling mode in a 60 square meter room and installed in the living room, with the air conditioner set at 26 degrees and outside temperature at 40+, it works like a refrigerator. During the afternoon or at night while sleeping, at 27 degrees, you need a sheet. If it is energy-efficient and durable over time, it is worth the money. (In hot weather, the specifications are A+++ 1060 kilowatts and not 1350 as stated in Skroutz) I will come back after receiving the DEI bill.

    It looks OK, it seems OK, I found it on sale at Praktiker.

    Big mistake - the unit came defective from the factory and I have been struggling for 15 days with the company that imports it because Praktiker does not take responsibility for the warranty.

    Nothing has been done except for 1-2 phone calls and no progress in having someone check and replace it.

    The unit was installed by an independent technician and a problem was found possibly in the outdoor unit.

    Specifically, the air conditioner, after 2 hours of operation set at the lowest cooling temperature, was blowing 23 degrees at the outlet vent.

    At the same exact time, in a 10 square meter space, it managed to reduce the internal temperature from 28 degrees to 27.

    For the past 15 days, I just have an ugly frame on the wall and no hope of replacement. So I am -300 euros for the unit, -100 euros for installation, and no response at all.

    Do not buy it, at this price there are options that, regardless of quality, have much better support.

    Update: 12/7/2024 after 2 months of adventure, and inspection by the authorized partner of the importer, it was determined that there was an installation error and the company disclaimed responsibility.

    In a repeat visit by the installer and a thorough check, it was found that the unit had come from the factory with half the amount of refrigerant and that's why it was malfunctioning. 48 hours later, it was recharged with the correct amount and now it works properly.

    So this unit cost what it cost +120 euros for the refill. At least it works.
