Copper Spray - a general-purpose copper lubrication spray for various equipment components that operate under any load and are exposed to high temperatures and/or high humidity and/or aggressive environments.

Properties:

• Excellent separating action for metals and alloys in any combination.

• Excellent adhesion, does not separate or spray even with rapid rotation of the treated surface.
• Reduces noise, squeaking, and vibrations.
• Resistant to hot and salty water.
• Protects against the welding of contact surfaces, spikes, and carbon deposits.

Example of use:

• Repairing and reducing noise in all types of braking systems (disc, drum, etc.).
• Lubricating and anti-corrosive protection for propeller shaft joints, moving pairs of screws, hubs, spark plug threads, screw connections, bolts, screws, etc.
• Lubrication separation and protection against welding, burning, and jamming of thermally charged components (exhaust system connections, heat exchangers, boilers, turbines, and other thermal equipment).

Application: Thoroughly clean heavily soiled contact surfaces from rust, carbon, oxides, salts, etc. Degrease. Shake the can vigorously. Apply MANNOL Copper Spray in the required amount, according to the maintenance manual. After application, clean the spray head and nozzle.
