Professional cutter with a total length of 600 mm, designed for cutting rods with a diameter of up to 10 mm. The jaws are made of chromium-molybdenum steel (Cr-Mo) that has undergone professional heat treatment – hardened and then subjected to a tempering process, which eliminates the stresses generated during hardening. This makes the jaws less likely to break.
The cutter features manual adjustment of the centering between the blades. Ergonomic rubber grips on the handle provide a firm hold and reduce the risk of the scissors slipping from your hands.
Compared to the commonly used tool steel CrV, Cr-Mo steel significantly improves hardness due to its molybdenum content, as well as increases shock resistance and corrosion resistance.
