- Frame made of anodized aluminum profile sealed around the perimeter between the glass and the frame with plastic corners for weather resistance.
- Insulation made of rock wool with a density of 35-40 kg/m3 with side reinforcements of 35mm thickness for zero heat loss.
- Unbreakable glass (security) with low iron content (low iron) 40mm thick, between the glass and the frame, an E.P.D.M rubber is placed for complete sealing and better absorption of vibrations and expansions.

The Hydro Skeleton:
- It is made of copper welded with LASER technology and black paint (electrostatically) for immediate heat transfer to the thermal fluid.
- Selective collector surface with additional coating of special absorbent chromium and nickel alloy achieving maximum penetration of solar radiation with an absorption coefficient of α=0.95 and emission ε=0.05.
Boiler
External Cladding:
- Made of anodized aluminum
- ECO GLASS from pre-painted sheet metal
Thermal tank made of 3mm thick steel plate D.C.P, with two layers of protection from a special type of Glass baked at 850°C, highly resistant to electrolysis and corrosion. Suitable for drinking water.
Heat Exchanger:
- Made of 1.5mm thick sheet metal type Jacket
- Made of enameled pipe for connection to central heating (upon request)
Additionally:
- 6cm thick polyurethane insulation, density 40kg/m3
- Anodic protection, magnesium rod protection against rust, salts, electrolysis
- 4kw chrome-plated electric resistance, with safety thermostat for operation with electric current.
Dual Energy
It is dual-energy, meaning it can operate in two ways: with solar or with electric energy. This means that inside the water tank there is an electric resistance, so on days with little sunshine due to cloudiness, you can operate your solar water heater with electric energy and always have hot water.
Solar Water Heater Maintenance
Regular maintenance of the solar water heater optimizes the quality, hygiene, and operational performance, while also saving on energy consumption. For the smooth operation of the solar water heater, regular maintenance by a specialized team is required. The necessary actions during the maintenance of the solar water heater are:
- Checking the level of solar fluids & refilling where necessary.
- Inspecting and repairing the insulation on the local solar pipes.
- Checking and replacing the magnesium anode to prevent the formation of scale within the solar water heater.
- Inspecting and cleaning the electric resistance.
