Instructions for use:

Locate the dent and evaluate most of it – adjust the size and shape of the adapter that best covers the dent.
Preheat the glue (hot silicone glue and gun not included).
Prepare the surface on which you will stick the adapter by washing and wiping it.
Apply glue to the adapter.
Stick the adapter to the desired spot on the car bodywork (or other metal surface).
Secure the hammer to the glued adapter.
