Athens, 1988: A couple of Englishmen, the black poet and boxer Milo and the white alcoholic Jaspers, in order to secure free accommodation in a cheap hotel near Larissa station and a little money for their drinks, act as porters aiming to attract tourists to the hotel. Their acquaintance with the American Brady will forever change the lives of all three.
