The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite, offering greater hardness. It combines the advantages of iron and Teflon cookware. It allows cooking with minimal oil, as the utensil heats evenly across its entire surface.

The construction with an aluminum shell and ferromagnetic bottom allows use on induction stovetops and all other stovetops. Cooking/frying is possible at temperatures up to 220°C.
