No one is to blame if you bought it based on the photo without checking if the liters are enough for you. Now, as for the noise. I've had it for two years in a rented Airbnb studio and no one has ever complained about noise, even though it's in the same room where they sleep. As for ice, it's in a normal state. Of course, once every six months you should defrost it. In any case, the small fridge-freezer is super for its price. If it lasts a few years, it will be unbeatable. I think for rental rooms it is beyond ideal!
