Blend that bridges specialty with commercial coffees.
Exceptional raw material, medium roast (slightly darker than Mokka blend) consistency in every batch.

I really wonder about the tastes of many people.. the coffee is borderline, I almost threw it away.. user of Lelit Elizabeth and Eureka Mignon. The coffee really gives you a stomachache.. espresso, and freddo.. only as an americano can you drink it.. it's just right for the little shops that do extraction 10 sec / 18in42out .. it doesn't compare at all to "coffee from the island" Master blend

Light coffee, with low acidity, that makes a nice crema. A bit more in taste and aroma would be just right. But even so, I find it very pleasant and there's a good chance I'll buy it again.

Its freshness is immediately apparent once ground – the aroma fills the space and in the cup it delivers a velvety crema and full body. Ideal for espresso, but also excellent for cappuccino or freddo.

    What stands out
100% Arabica Brazil: mild, aromatic, and with natural sweetness.
Very good balance of acidity and body.
    Rich crema and long aftertaste.

    Conclusion
A coffee that stands out for its quality and is perfect for those who want to enjoy an aromatic, flavorful, and consistently high-quality espresso at home or in the office.

I will also agree with the latest comments, the coffee was a disappointment. I don't know if the company has lowered the quality due to cost or if it's a supplier issue, but in any case, it does not deserve such a high rating. Not aromatic at all and very little in terms of taste, it reminds me of the classic blend you get from the supermarket for €20 per kilo, only this one costs €33. I hope the company takes the recent comments into account and either improves the quality or significantly lowers the price so that it becomes their "cheap" product, as two other cheaper coffees I bought from the same company were on a different level.

Balanced taste... a bit on the bitter side in the Gaggia Classic
Even with a coarser grind it still retained a bit of bitterness
    However, nice aftertaste

Since they changed the packaging of this particular coffee and put it in a bag instead of a box, the quality has dropped dramatically! It's a real shame because it used to be truly top-notch, but now it has become just an average coffee

I have decided to stay below €30 per kilogram for coffee and this one costs me about €29 with the purchase of 3X250gr.
I grind it on Eureka Mignon Specialita with Single Dose Hopper 17.5 gr and I have a Lelit PL91T machine.
For under €30 per kilogram, I believe it is one of the best. I could make a comparison with others at a similar price, but I won't.
Above €30, there are better ones, both blends and single origin.
    Body 7/10
    Flavor 7/10
    Aroma 6/10
    Intensity: classic Arabica
    Acidity: low.
I prefer it as espresso with a little sugar.
In the last order, I received it in airtight bags instead of a box. It doesn't bother me because I always put it in an airtight container after opening.

Compared to Lavazza (Oro, Grand crema) and Illy (Arabica), it is:
    - lighter
    - less aromatic
    - it gives you very nice flavors if you hold it in your mouth for a while. If you drink it quickly, you won't notice much.
    - you need to use a larger quantity to feel it, so it lasts less
    - it is not acidic at all (I prefer it)

I have a machine with an unpressurized basket and an integrated grinder. I bought it because a café had it and I really liked their coffee.
When you open the box, it smells incredible, like caramel. It pairs perfectly with a Frappuccino because it's not too bitter or strong, so it's suitable to drink without milk and enjoyable. It has an incredible sweetness, resembling the taste of dark chocolate with 70% cocoa.
I don't drink straight espresso to comment on more specific things.
In terms of price, it is comparable to similar ones from a well-known chain, slightly more economical than the Brazil Alta Mogiana which is a similar coffee.
Of course, to get the coffee right, you have to play with the grinder to adjust the flow.
I stop the pump at 25" and check if I have a larger or smaller amount than I wanted in this time, for a coffee to water ratio of 1:2 or 1:2.5

The review is not addressed to fun lovers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in the five stars.
A dull cream, dissolves immediately, faint acidic aroma that makes you wonder how and a bitterness not strong that accompanies the taste, prepared with delonghi ECAM250.23,
it is not the coffee that "you don't drink" as most positively rate it.
I am disappointed with the ipanema and will not buy it again.
I previously had a 1kg package of COLOMBIA EL PUENTE beans from some espressolab franchise abroad with a taste more velvety in my opinion.
I’m sorry to disappoint the stars.

For espresso (Gaggia Brera machine) I didn't like it at all, very bitter and indifferent. However, for cappuccino (whether hot or cold) it is quite good. It reminds me of Illy, which I also don't like at all (preferences are personal). I will not choose it again, it is not at all to my taste.

Incredibly nice coffee for my taste. With a fine grind and long extraction, it becomes a very good espresso, with notes of rose and without being bitter or sour.

P.S. The coffee has now become a staple at home and I only drink this one. It is exceptional and I don't know how to describe it, as I am not a coffee connoisseur. What I do know is that it is very, very good in terms of taste, aroma, and duration (it doesn't get watery with ice cubes).

Of course, tastes are subjective, but I think it is worth every last euro.

The best coffee I have ever tasted, low acidity and elevated pH. If you drink a lot of coffee throughout the day, this one is suitable for you. Best coffee in the world

I drink it. I have to use 30 grams of coffee in order for the coffee to be strong, otherwise it comes out very light at 40 ml, according to my standards. For someone else, it may be okay

Expensive coffee from the "top shelf" ideal for hot espresso or frappé. Moderate acidity and excellent aftertaste.

For canned coffee, surprisingly it is flavorful, so if I need to get some coffee roasted from the time of Noah in the shelter when I won't be able to find freshly roasted, I prefer it.

In my opinion, it is not suitable for simple home espresso machines...
I have tried several coffees with beans or without and they cannot extract the coffee correctly.
As a flavor, it is a bit weak.

Aromatic, creamy, flavorful coffee that you don't want to end as you drink it. If the machine and the brewing time are correct, the result is a m a z i n g.

  • Light coffee, with low acidity, that makes a nice crema. A bit more in taste and aroma would be just right. But even so, I find it very pleasant and there's a good chance I'll buy it again.

  • Its freshness is immediately apparent once ground – the aroma fills the space and in the cup it delivers a velvety crema and full body.

  • I will also agree with the latest comments, the coffee was a disappointment.

  • I will give it a 3, because the coffee no longer has the same taste and quality, which, by the way, had been my only choice for years.

  • Balanced taste... a bit on the bitter side in the Gaggia Classic
Even with a coarser grind it still retained a bit of bitterness
    However, nice aftertaste
