Description & Specifications

ZIPRO sliding discs – for motor training and stabilization. The ZIPRO sliding discs will help you diversify every workout! The accessory is used for many interesting and effective exercises that influence, among others: stability, balance, and motor coordination.

The set includes two sliding discs made from soft foam on the top surface and felt on the bottom. The foam ensures comfort while exercising, while the felt allows the discs to glide perfectly on the ground. The ZIPRO brand takes care of every detail to ensure the product's durability regardless of the intensity and frequency of the training.

The sliding discs allow for training different muscle groups and affect stability, balance, and motor coordination. They are made from high-quality materials, with a soft, pleasant-to-touch foam on the top and felt on the bottom for increased gliding.

The sliding discs can be used at home and in the gym, without the need for additional accessories. By focusing on the movement of your hands and feet on the floor, the discs ensure resistance during exercise. Due to their small size, this fitness set is perfect for both gyms and home, as the exercises involve using your body weight.
