Model Figure 1:35 French Light Tank R35. The model represents the R35, which was designed as a successor to the Renault FT and inherited the 37mm gun, combined with a rotating turret and a triple-bonded structure. Approximately 1,500 units were manufactured after its official adoption in 1935 and it was one of the main pillars of French resistance against the German attack during the fall of France in May/June 1940.
