  • After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry so that the wood does not remain wet for a long time.
  • After rinsing, place it in a vertical position and store it once it has fully dried.
  • Regular application of olive oil for better care. Apply and leave it overnight to absorb.
  • Vinegar disinfects the wood naturally.
  • For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes. (e.g., oven air)
