Application: Dry

Product features:

  • The SMART365 drill bit series is ideal for precise and clean drilling in hard materials such as stone, ceramic tiles, natural stones.
  • Abrasive surface made of diamonds that is deposited through vacuum welding.
  • Suitable for dry operation.
  • The bits can create holes up to 35 mm deep.
  • The M14 thread placement allows for direct work with angle grinders or mills.
  • The side holes in bits 20-75 mm provide better cooling and facilitate the removal of debris.
  • Circular motions are recommended for better cooling and extending the lifespan of the drill bits.

For extended drill bit lifespan, it is recommended:

  • Use variable speed angle grinders or mills with a rotation speed not exceeding 12,000 RPM.
  • Dry drilling.
  • Perform circular motions for better cooling.
  • Remove debris before the next drilling.
