It gave me a lot of errors and the auger that lowers the pellet was getting stuck! I don't know what was wrong. And now the screw from the door handle broke. What am I supposed to do with my job but I won't take it again.

I am very disappointed with both the quality of the stove and the representatives of this company, as well as the company itself, who do not recognize the 3-year warranty despite the ventilation fan being damaged and some metals inside the combustion chamber being bent or broken. They simply blame the pellets and other factors in general.

Very good!!! Very satisfied!!! The noise depends on how each person understands it. For example, I have been using it for 15 days now and I have gotten used to it. At 24 degrees and on level 1, the burning and the fan consume approximately 16 to 17 kilograms of pellets in 24 hours.

Infinite possibilities for adjusting the combustion and airflow for optimal operation depending on the space it is placed. Second operating time flawlessly and more than satisfactory. Consumption depends on how and how much you use it. Calculated on the lowest consumption scale, 0.35 euros per hour. Of course, the main factor of performance-consumption is the quality of the pellets we use.

Although it makes a bit of noise, which is tolerable and can be accustomed to, after four years of use, I am quite satisfied and can only say good things. For a single space, it is excellent and heats up sufficiently. You make the settings that suit your space and it simply fires away.

It is fantastic, worth the money. It does exactly what it says. Actually, it warmed up my little bones. And the economy, I am satisfied.

After almost 3 years of cohabitation and now that I have learned the ins and outs, I will add:
There is indeed a difference in thermal performance in the space, depending on the combustion steps and consumption.
For a unified space, it is great.
The noise levels still bother me, so I let the automatic mode reach the desired temperature and then I set the fan to levels 1 and 2.
With the use of quality pellets, it performs better.
So far, I have not experienced any malfunctions, unlike more expensive and branded models that sometimes had their own issues.

With the experience I have now and because my space is peculiar, if given the opportunity, I would choose the corresponding model with a second heating channel and I believe I would be 99% satisfied, especially for heating the children's area (it has a corner and the heating doesn't reach it enough)

I have it in a fairly large house with the help of other heating methods, 180 square meters, but I can say that in a unified space it is very efficient as long as there is daily cleaning. In terms of consumption, I use it on auto mode, which is the highest, and it burns as much as the manufacturer says, 2.7kg/h. When it reaches the selected temperature, it doesn't turn off, it just maintains it. It's quite good, I would recommend it.
