The most unstable and problematic product I have used. Screens flicker and disconnect for no reason all the time. The same goes for the USB ports. I tried it on 3 laptops, one DELL XPS 9370 with TB3 and 2 newer ones with TB4. The same terrible results. With another TB3 hub, the most popular for its stability, everything has been working fine for years.
Moreover, the firmware update software from DELL doesn't even work, only on a version of Windows 10 from 2017! And still, we don't know if it will improve at all... In short, they have completely abandoned it, even from Dell itself...
You can find them on eBay for under 50 euros, because obviously, companies that had procured them are getting rid of them in bulk... But it's not worth even 50 euros.
Ότι πιο ασταθές και προβληματικό έχω χρησιμοποιήσει. Οθόνες αναβοσβηνουν και κάνουν disconnect χωρίς λόγο όλη την ώρα. Παρομοίως και τα USB. Το δοκίμασα σε 3 Laptop, ένα DELL XPS 9370 με TB3 και 2 πιο καινούργια με TB4. Τα ίδια χάλια. Με άλλο TB3 Hub, το πιο δημοφιλές για τη σταθερότητα του, παίζουν όλα μια χαρά εδώ και χρόνια.
To δε firmware update λογισμικό της DELL δε λειτουργεί καν, παρά μόνο σε έκδοση των Windows 10 από το 2017! Και πάλι δε ξέρουμε αν θα βελτιωθεί καθόλου... Το έχουν παρατήσει εντελώς με λίγα λόγια και από την ίδια την Dell...
Τα βρίσκεις με τη σέσουλα στο eBay με κάτω από 50ρικο, γιατί προφανώς τα ξεφορτωθηκαν μαζικά εταιρείες κυρίως που τα είχαν προμηθευτεί... Αλλά δεν αξίζει ούτε τα 50 ευρώ.
