Notes:

• It is essential that heating cables are installed beneath the pipe.
• The water pipe must be grounded.
• 230 V heating cables must be connected to the supply with a switch (FI switch 30 mA).
• Heating cables should not be shrunk.
• The remaining threads can be wrapped around the pipe with at least 15 mm distance between them.
• Do not bend the heating cable and follow the maximum bending radius of about 50 mm.
• Heating cables can be secured to the pipe with insulating or aluminum tape.
• When used on plastic pipes, the pipe should be wrapped with aluminum tape before installing the heating cable.
• The pipe and the heating cable must be insulated with at least 13 mm insulation.
• The thermostat of the heating cable should be placed at the coldest point of the pipe.
• The thermostat should be slightly insulated.
• Do not use 230 V heating cables in animal husbandry areas.
