Much more than a simple air fryer – worth every euro!
I got it recently and honestly, I was thrilled. The Ninja Combi 12-in-1 (SFP700EU) is nothing like the classic air fryers that always annoyed me.
It’s not just for oil-free frying, it makes pasta, rice, combination dishes, bakes, steams, slow cooks… you can prepare an entire meal in 20-30 minutes.
The food comes out juicy and well-cooked, not dry like in classic air fryers. It also cooks incredibly fast, and most importantly: you use a tray, not the usual basket. This makes a big difference, it’s easy to clean and feels more like a real oven than a “device.”
Extra tips:
• If you add a little water or broth at the bottom, it makes the food more tender (perfect for chicken or rice).
• In Combi Mode you can, for example, roast vegetables below and meat above — all together without dirtying many utensils.
• The Slow Cook program is ideal for those who want tender meat or slow-cooked legumes without the hassle.
It’s super easy to use, with clear options and quick preheating. One of the few appliances that truly replaces the pot, air fryer, pan, and oven in everyday life.
An extra function that is very important is sautéing, which is done with the door open. At first, I was puzzled and thought it was broken because when you try to set it to this function it tells you 'open door,' and with the door open, the sautéing is done (it simulates a pan or pot).

Το πήρα πρόσφατα και ειλικρινά ενθουσιάστηκα. Το Ninja Combi 12-in-1 (SFP700EU) δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τα κλασικά air fryer που πάντα με εκνεύριζαν.
Δεν είναι απλώς για τηγανιτά χωρίς λάδι , κάνει μακαρόνια, ρύζι, συνδυαστικά φαγητά, ψήνει, ατμίζει, σιγομαγειρεύει… ένα ολόκληρο γεύμα μπορείς να το ετοιμάσεις μέσα σε 20-30 λεπτά.
Το φαγητό βγαίνει ζουμερό και καλοψημένο, όχι ξερό όπως στα κλασικά air fryer. Επίσης ψήνει απίστευτα γρήγορα, και το σημαντικότερο: δουλεύεις σε ταψάκι, όχι στον γνωστό κάδο. Αυτό κάνει μεγάλη διαφορά, καθαρίζεται εύκολα και θυμίζει περισσότερο κανονικό φούρνο παρά «συσκευή».
Extra tips:
• Αν βάλετε λίγο νεράκι ή ζωμό στον πάτο, κάνει το φαγητό πιο τρυφερό (τέλειο για κοτόπουλο ή ρύζι).
• Στον Combi Mode μπορείτε να ψήσετε π.χ. λαχανικά κάτω και κρέας πάνω — όλα μαζί χωρίς να λερώσετε πολλά σκεύη.
• Το πρόγραμμα Slow Cook είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν μαλακό κρέας ή σιγομαγειρεμένα όσπρια χωρίς να παιδεύονται.
Είναι πανεύκολο στη χρήση, με ξεκάθαρες επιλογές και γρήγορη προθέρμανση. Από τις λίγες συσκευές που πραγματικά αντικαθιστούν κατσαρόλα, air fryer, τηγάνι και φούρνο στην καθημερινότητα.
Μια έξτρα λειτουργία που είναι πολύ βασική είναι το σοτάρισμα (sauté) το οποίο γίνεται με ανοιχτή την πόρτα, στην αρχή παραξενεύτηκα ότι χάλασε γιατί όταν πας να το βάλεις σε αυτή την λειτουργία σου λέει open door και με ανοιχτή την πόρτα γίνεται το σοτάρισμα (παρομοιάζει το τηγάνι ή την κατσαρόλια).
