Any multifunctional, intelligent energy meter type DDS238-4 W is designed to measure AC active energy with two wires and a single-phase variable parameter. The device features RS485 and WiFi communication ports and can be used with the corresponding application to acquire useful information or for switching on/off.
All functions comply with the technical requirements for Class 1 single-phase meter in Watt-h in IEC62053-21, and the data communication rules comply with the requirements of MODBUS-RTU and WiFi 802.11b/g/n. The meter must be installed in a suitable environment, with an ambient temperature range between -25 and +55 degrees Celsius, relative humidity below 75%, and temperature limits between -40 and +70 degrees Celsius.
The meter is manufactured according to the international standard IEC62052-11 regarding "AC Electricity Metering Equipment General Requirements and Test Conditions" and IEC62053-21 for "Static Active Energy Meters (Classes 1 and 2)".
