it is very comfortable, I got it for a trip where there would be a lot of walking and I wanted to be comfortable so I don't care much about support. I believe that for exercise it won't be the best because it is not tight enough. also, I adjusted the straps a bit because they were looser than I wanted
είναι πολύ άνετο, εγώ το πήρα για ταξίδι στο οποίο θα είχε πολύ περπάτημα και ήθελα να είμαι άνετη οπότε δε με ενδιαφέρει πολύ η στήριξη. πιστεύω ότι για γυμναστική πάντως δε θα είναι το καλύτερο γιατί δεν είναι αρκετά σφιχτό. επίσης εγώ μάζεψα λίγο τις τιράντες γιατί ήταν πιο χαλαρές από ότι ήθελα
