Application: Dry

Product Features: The SMART365 drill bit series is ideal for precise and clean drilling in hard materials such as stone, ceramic tiles, and natural stones. Abrasive surface made of diamonds deposited by vacuum welding. Suitable for dry operation.

  • The drills and hole saws can create holes up to 35 mm deep.
  • The M14 threaded mounting allows you to work directly on angle grinders with a maximum speed of up to 12,000 rpm or grinders with variable speed.
  • Drills with a diameter of 6-12 mm are ideal for making holes for placing fixtures, decorative elements, electrical cables, expansion plugs, and anchors.
  • Drills of 6-12 mm are filled with wax, which melts during work, preventing overheating and facilitating the removal of dust.
  • Wear is determined by the loss of diamonds.
  • It is recommended to make circular movements for better cooling and prolong the lifespan of the drills.

For longer drill life, the following is recommended:

  • Use variable speed angle grinders or grinders with a rotation speed not exceeding 12,000 rpm.
  • Dry drilling.
