The G21 Promesso features a very powerful and durable motor, which guarantees reliable operation. Thanks to its high power and 6-speed control, the mixer can handle even the most challenging tasks you assign to it. It is almost entirely made of stainless steel, making it very durable and stable. Thanks to its weight and non-slip finish, the mixer will stay securely in place.

USEFUL IN BAKING

The Promesso will make baking no longer so tiring and time-consuming. The mixer will perform certain tasks entirely for you, such as yeast dough for rolls or pizza, which you do not need to knead further by hand. You can whip cream, egg whites, or whole eggs in a moment, thanks to the appropriate mixing attachment and high speed. The next type of mixer will be perfect for mixing cakes like zebra or cheesecake.

The G21 kitchen machine comes with a bowl in which you can mix up to two kilograms of products. The bowl has a transparent cover, so your kitchen will not be covered with flour or dirtied with dough, and you will save time scrubbing countertops and walls. The attachment is very practical, with a hole through which you can add products, and because it is transparent, you can keep the entire mixing process under control.

Thanks to the highly effective planetary movement of the mixers around their own axis and around the perimeter of the bowl, the dough does not stick to the bowl, and the mixers reach even the edges, mixing the contents of the entire bowl.

GRINDING

• Three grinding drums, for different results, ideal for preparing dishes or grated additions.
• The small drum is useful for grating potatoes, hard vegetables, or hard cheese.

HOMEMADE PASTA

The set includes four different molds for squeezing pasta: spaghetti, penne, pappardelle, and fettuccine. Ingredients for the pasta can be found in every home: flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt. Preparing it the traditional way is very time-consuming, but if the Promesso takes care of kneading the dough, it won't take much time.

GRINDING MACHINE

You can turn the mixer into a grinder, with three sizes of sieves to get different thicknesses of ground products. You can grind meat for cutlets or pâté. Grinding poppy seeds, hard cheese, and other products will take only a moment.
