Maccheroni is a type of pasta shaped like narrow tubes. The Balance Maccheroni have a short form similar to the letter "C" or coral, and for this reason, they are also known as Corallini.

They pair well with vegetable sauces and fresh sauces based on ricotta or a simple tomato and basil sauce. The most popular dish is macaroni with cheese sauce (Mac & Cheese).

Balance Maccheroni from Pasta Young contains only 8 grams of carbohydrates, making it an excellent choice for weight management diets.
