Expansion plug for solid substrates with a screw. The expansion cap is designed for the installation of lightweight interior finishing elements, wooden components, and lightweight mounting or support elements on solid structural substrates.

Types of substrates for installation:

  • Regular concrete category not less than C20/25 (PN-EN 206/1:2003)
  • Category of solid bricks not less than 15 (PN-EN 771-1:2011)
  • Autoclaved aerated concrete variety 600, category 5 (PN-EN 771-4:2011)
  • Silicate brick class 20 (PN-EN 771-2:2011)

Material: Expansion plug, polypropylene screw, galvanized steel.

Drilling diameter: Length of expansion tip 10 mm: 50 mm. Screw size: Ø 5 x 70 mm, PZ-2.

Application: Fixing wooden interior elements, furniture, skirting board fixing, furniture mounting elements, cable trays, and cable tie mounts.
