Micro dimming helps to a small degree with the image contrast, and if you see the same UHD Led panel from the previous TCL series without Micro dimming playing the same movie next to the P655, then yes, you can tell the difference in contrast.
*** This particular TV has Micro dimming, not Local dimming, and it should be listed as Micro dimming in the TV description on Skroutz. The difference between Micro dimming and Local dimming is like night and day (for those who know), so it should be specified correctly.
If you don't have special requirements from your TV and mainly want it for watching movies, it leaves you satisfied (especially in HDR 10 format) and exceeds expectations for a UHD Led panel, as it also has the help of Micro dimming.
Personally, I only watch movies and wanted a cheap solution at 75 inches but at the same time the best quality I could get for this money.
So far, its menu is fast, navigation is quick, and I haven't noticed any issues.
I won't mention the disadvantages, as when you buy a TV you should already know the pros and cons.
That doesn't mean a disadvantage will be a disadvantage for everyone.
The point with TVs is the use, what exactly you want it for. I wanted it only for movies in a dark room, so I wasn't too concerned about the relatively low brightness.
I got it for 488 EUR at 75 inches and after a month I can say it's value for money.

ΗDR 10 καταλαβαίνεις τη διαφορά σε HDR περιεχόμενο.
Micro dimming βοηθάει ως ενα μικρό βαθμό το contrast της εικόνας, και αν δείτε ίδιο UHD Led panel προηγούμενης ίδιας TCL σειράς χωρίς Micro dimming να παίζει ίδια ταινία δίπλα στην P655 τότε ναι, καταλαβαίνεις τη διαφορά στο contrast.
*** H συγκεκριμένη τηλεόραση έχει Micro dimming οχι Local dimming και θα πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί ως Micro dimming στην περιγραφή της τηλεόρασης στο Skroutz. H διαφορά του Micro dimming με του Local dimming ειναι η μέρα με τη νύχτα ( για όσους γνωρίζουν ) άρα και θα πρέπει να συμπληρωθεί σωστά.
Αν δεν έχεις ιδιαίτερες απαιτήσεις απο την τηλεόρασή σου και κυρίως τη θέλεις για να βλέπεις ταινίες σε αφήνει ικανοποιημένο ( κυρίως σε HDR 10 format ) και ξεπερνά τις προσδοκίες για UHD Led panel καθώς έχει και τη βοήθεια του Micro dimming.
Προσωπικά βλέπω μόνο ταινίες και ήθελα μια φθηνή λύση στις 75 ίντσες αλλά ταυτόχρονα και την καλύτερη ποιότητα που μπορώ να πάρω με αυτά τα χρήματα.
Mέχρι στιγμής το menu της είναι γρήγορο η πλοήγηση γρήγορη και δεν έχω παρατηρήσει κάποιο θέμα.
Για τα μειονεκτήματα δεν θα αναφερθώ καθώς όταν αγοράζεις τηλεόραση οφείλεις να γνωρίζεις εκ των προτέρων τα pros and cons.
Αυτό δεν σημαίνει πως ένα μειονέκτημα θα είναι μειονέκτημα για όλους.
Το θέμα στις τηλεοράσεις είναι η χρήση, γιατί ακριβώς τη θέλεις. Εγώ την ήθελα μόνο για ταινίες σε σκοτεινό χώρο, άρα και δεν με απασχολούσε και πολύ η σχετικά χαμηλή φωτεινότητα.
Την πήρα 488 EUR στις 75 ίντσες και μετά απο ένα μήνα μπορώ να πω πως είναι value for money.
