The Flensburger Brauerei is a brewery located in Flensburg, Germany. It was founded in 1888 by five citizens of Flensburg and remains independent.

The brewery used to utilize pieces of ice from frozen lakes to keep the underground storage facilities cool in the summer, while today it operates its own water well, sourced from very old geological sources.

The traditional brewing method remains true to its roots, nourishing the experience with the quality of raw materials and the history of the place.
