John Ashbery (J.A.) is an acclaimed poet, one of the most significant figures in the US from the so-called New York School.

However, a closer look at his work reveals organic recipes that do not belong within the framework of postmodernism, but extend into a new one, which we believe perfectly characterizes the current era and its cultural production, and which we have defined as the age of "Late Postmodernism."

In our opinion, J.A. belongs to the creators who not only design and create but are also deeply concerned and ponder the "design of design" as a comprehensive issue in art.
