Good sound, durable product, but hard on the ears, and as a result it often comes unfastened and falls off. I would not buy it again since at a much lower price I can get something similar and more comfortable.

after 2.5 years the left earbud (which always had some issues) has finally given up and its quality now reminds me of the cheap earphones you buy at kiosks. they always had small sound interruptions, balance issues, etc. they are definitely not worth their money.

Very good, they have nice sound, the only problem is when you talk on the phone the other person can hear if you are doing something, any work. The sound is not isolated.

In "Noise Cancelling" mode, the right earbud loses sound volume. This is the first time I have been so disappointed with JBL

I see some comments and I think they are quite exaggerated. I have had the headphones for 3 years and I am absolutely satisfied. The noise cancellation is top-notch. Their durability as a build is very good since they have fallen quite a few times and as for connectivity, once you connect them the first time, every time you open the case they connect immediately.

The only glitch they have is that sometimes they will pause, starting from one earbud and ending at the other. This whole thing lasts for a second.

This is by no means enough to diminish their value. I recommend them unreservedly to everyone.

Apart from the music, which is why I bought it, I also wanted to sound better during my calls. However, there are external noises that reach my conversation partner and I have to raise my voice a bit. For its price, I would have liked better noise isolation. The battery life is quite good considering I use them for running, which lasts several hours.

After 2 and a half years of use, the headphones have not stopped playing music with interruptions (disconnecting and reconnecting). Although the problem is known to JBL, they never bothered to release a damn firmware update!
Also, while the sound is good, the noise cancellation is quite bad.
On the positive side, call quality is good.
Update: The disconnection problem has not only not been fixed, but now the disconnections can be multiple and consecutive (I just counted 5). Minus one star and we continue.

The first ones' performance dropped dramatically and they were replaced.

They have about two disconnections per day. The battery is satisfactory, you can use them for a whole day even after a while.
The case gives you 2-2.5 charges (Line and charging). On the last line they do not charge.

Charging time is quite good and good Noise Cancelling and Ambient aware.
It also has a Talk through function for when someone is talking to you.

I wouldn't pay 100 euros. They were bought only because there was a refund from other headphones, since the store had closed

Purchased in May 2024, in 1 year and 4 months (2 years warranty) the battery of the case broke down, it charges and basically gives only one use in total. In my search I saw that it is a common phenomenon and unfortunately it cannot be repaired by an official representative. For its price, it is unacceptable that the battery lasts only this long. Excellent headphones with very nice bass! I had also bought the more expensive OnePlus Buds Pro 3, which have 2 bass settings, and they can't match the JBL at all.

I've had them for several months now. On the positive side, there is good connectivity with iPhone and Android, as well as sound quality. On the negative side, the fit is not perfect, which varies from person to person, and while running you can hear the inside hitting the casing, which is a bit annoying.

Very good sound, very good ANC. They are not suitable for intense exercise, because they come off relatively easily, but I didn't get them for that. For moderate exercise and music enjoyment, they are perfect!

It really isolates ambient sounds effectively — compared to the AirPods, it is clearly better in this area. However, when you talk on the phone, your conversation partner can also hear external sounds like wind or noise.

The battery lasts for many days without charging, even with full use.

Truly perfect sound with treble, bass as if you are in the space where the music piece you are listening to is being played. Also, the isolation from environmental noise is perfect. Very ergonomic, by choosing the right size ear tip they fit perfectly in the ear without causing discomfort.

Very reliable and VFM. They were purchased as a second pair to the Earpods and I would say they compete despite the price gap.

Resistance to sweat and weather conditions, you hear well and have no complaints about the microphone. A good choice and a reliable brand.

I got them and expected it to be a smooth connection experience since they say they are dual point, but they can't be connected to both mobile and laptop at the same time. When they are only connected to the mobile, they play music, but they don't switch to the call when I stop the music to take a call. Okay, the noise cancelling is very strong, the sound quality is good, but the connectivity issue is very frustrating. It's a shame for their price.

The sound is classic JBL for those who know, colorless with punchy bass just right.
I got them for music and they have left me satisfied.
In speech, everything is crystal clear and the interlocutor hears you and you hear them crystal clear.

They are very good headphones and especially for calls they are the best. The only downside for me is that on a Samsung phone they don't read notifications like Samsung does. For anyone who doesn't care about that, they are very good headphones

The first pair worked normally for one day. Then they lost connection with the phone; we tried them on five phones, and none could find them. They refunded my money because they didn't have any others. I went and got the same ones from another store, and today, after two months, they completely lost communication for a while. Then one was working, and then both were dead.

It quickly presented me with many issues with the sound, especially with the volume first in one earbud and then in the other. Sometimes it fixes itself randomly and then breaks again. Also, mediocre sound for the money even before it presented issues. In general, I would not recommend them at all; there are much better options for this money

sometimes a pain to connect to correct device but other than that I got it cause I use the metro a lot so I wanted noise cancelling. I am happy with it ☺️
