The worst thing I have ever bought in my life, I gave 1 star out of necessity, if it were up to me I would give -20 as it is not a cheap product. I usually don't leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this is too much. In my initial review, I mentioned that I have had it for less than a month and it has already started leaking water and peeling. Since then, a few months have passed and every day a new defect/problem appears. I bought it on 12/5/25 and until today, 16/3/26, it is almost unused. Both cables have been cut and are leaking water, so much so that I have tried to patch them with tape but they still leak. Also, it is much shorter than stated, resulting in me having to bend down every time I wash my hair and I am not even very tall to say that it is for more standard heights, I am 1.67m. Finally, the base is leaking water which makes the water pressure even worse than it was before it broke. Truly wasted money. All this and not even a year has passed since the purchase, but the problems started from the first month as I mentioned above. I have contacted Skroutz customer service to see what they will say and depending on their response, I will see if I need to contact the consumer advocate as well, I will come back with a third update.
