Very soft and lightweight shoes, ideal for an 8-hour standing shift. They are indeed waterproof and non-slip, I have tried them on wet tile floors and they were really very stable. The size fits exactly, at least for me. I have been using them for about 1 month so far and I am satisfied, other shoes from the same company that I have worn in the past lasted about a year. If these last as long, it will be OK
