Bergamot
Bergamot, scientific name Citrus Bergamia, is a small tree of the citrus family originating from Asia, with key production areas in southern France and southern Italy. The essential oil of Bergamot is obtained from the cold pressing of the raw peel of the fruit and has a color ranging from yellowish to brownish-green, with a pleasant and fresh aroma dominated by sweet, lemony, and cool notes.

Bergamot essential oil has various therapeutic properties. It is the first choice for addressing urinary tract infections, as it is a powerful disinfectant. Its antiseptic properties make it useful for ulcers, eczema, herpes, and psoriasis, and it is effective for cuts and bruises on the skin. Additionally, it regulates appetite and is beneficial for oily and acne-prone skin. On a psychological level, it heals emotional tension, stress, and anxiety, uplifts mood, and offers optimism and strength.

Try the following "recipes" with Bergamot essential oil:
- For reducing irritability and pressure: Mix Bergamot, Chamomile, and Sweet Orange essential oils in equal parts.
- For dealing with negative emotions: Mix 3 parts of Bergamot essential oil, 2 parts of Sweet Orange, and 1 part of Neroli.
- If you feel nervous: Combine 3 parts of Lavender essential oil, 2 parts of Neroli, and 1 part of Bergamot.
