It heats the room quickly and a lot, maintaining the temperature evenly, regardless of the outside cold. It cools the room with problems and after you spend quite some time at first, sometimes it maintains the temperature, sometimes not, depending on the outside temperature and you have to deal with it again. However, it does cool well in the end, though not evenly. The remote control has a specific angle for command transmission and just for that, I wouldn't buy it again.

I chose this particular air conditioner at €550 over others at roughly the same price (Daikin Siesta ATXC-D, Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-DM, Panasonic BZ, Toshiba Yukai are all worthy options) because it was the only one with built-in Wi-Fi, since I want to control it remotely, mainly in winter. It was installed in a 12m² bedroom so it can also help adjacent rooms, in a house with 15-year-old aluminum frames, a roof terrace above and no awnings. Without air conditioning the temperature exceeds 33°C!
Cooling performance:
Set to 26°C with the fan on auto, it maintains the requested temperature in the room where it is installed, 26.5-27°C in the hallway, while in the adjacent rooms connected through the hallway the temperature is 27-27.5°C in the nearest one and 27.5-28°C in the farthest one, with 35°C outside.
During heatwaves the temperature in the main room is maintained, while the other spaces are +0.5°C.
Overall it is called upon to cool 40 sq.m. of non-open-plan space and I can say it does the job just fine.
Noise:
The indoor unit is silent on the 1st fan speed (it has four), and as expected the noise increases as the fan speed increases.
The plastic parts do not creak at all at any speed.
The outdoor unit is literally completely silent.

Heating performance even better than cooling. Set to 21-22°C it performs excellently in outdoor temperatures of 5-15°C with consumption ranging from 150-200 watts. On the few days with temperatures of 0-5°C, it increased consumption to 350-400 watts, which is of course expected.
The machine is ultimately tremendous in cooling-heating and the biggest advantage is its excellent performance with low consumption. Its durability over time remains to be seen, but after one year of daily 24-hour use it works like on the first day.
Since I use air conditioners daily for cooling and heating, I have to say that for their proper operation and longevity it is essential that we do some things ourselves.
1. Clean the filters at least every month. I have seen filters in a friend's air conditioner with 1 cm of dust like a blanket and the other person was cursing Mitsubishi.
2. Have it cleaned by a technician every six months, ideally before using it each season.
3. Set the correct temperatures. Don't unnecessarily strain your wallet and the little machine; set it where it can reach so that the compressor can "cut out" and let the inverter do its magic.
Επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό στα 550€ έναντι άλλων στα ίδια περίπου χρήματα (Daikin Siesta ATXC-D, Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-DM, Panasonic BZ, Toshiba Yukai είναι όλες αξιόλογες επιλογές) επειδή ήταν το μόνο με ενσωματωμένο wifi, αφού θέλω να το ελέγχω απομακρυσμένα, κυρίως τον χειμώνα. Τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο 12m² ώστε να βοηθά και διπλανά δωμάτια, σε σπίτι με κουφώματα αλουμινίου δεκαπενταετίας, ταράτσα απο πάνω και χωρίς τέντες. Χωρίς κλιματισμό η θερμοκρασία ξεπερνά τους 33°C!
Απόδοση ψύξης:
Ρυθμισμένο στους 26°C με τον ανεμιστήρα στο auto, διατηρεί τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο που τοποθετήθηκε, 26,5-27°C στον διάδρομο ενώ στα διπλανά δωμάτια που επικοινωνούν μέσω του διαδρόμου η θερμοκρασία ειναι 27-27,5°C στο διπλανό και 27,5-28°C στο πιο απομακρυσμένο με εξωτερική 35°C.
Σε περιόδους καύσωνα η θερμοκρασία στο βασικό δωμάτιο διατηρείται, ενώ οι άλλοι χώροι είναι +0,5°C.
Συνολικά καλείται να ψύξει 40 τ.μ. μη ενιαίου χώρου και μπορώ να πω πως τα καταφέρνει μιά χαρά.
Θόρυβος:
Η εσωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη στην 1η σκάλα έντασης (διαθέτει τέσσερις) και αναμενόμενα ο θόρυβος αυξάνεται όσο αυξάνεται η ένταση του ανεμιστήρα.
Τα πλαστικά μέρη δεν τρίζουν καθόλου σε οποιαδήποτε ένταση.
Η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι στην κυριολεξία εντελώς αθόρυβη.

Η ποιότητα των πλαστικών ειναι άνω του μετρίου ενώ το τηλεχειριστήριο είναι απλό. Μειονέκτημα η μικρή οθόνη του.
Για τις επιδόσεις του κλιματιστικού στη θέρμανση θα επανέλθω τον Δεκέμβριο.
Tip: Ρυθμίστε το κλιματιστικό σας σε εφικτές θερμοκρασίες για την κάθε περίοδο, για να πετύχετε σωστή ψύξη-θέρμανση με τη μικρότερη δυνατή κατανάλωση. Μετρήστε την κατανάλωση του κλιματιστικού και ελέγξτε με θερμόμετρο την απόδοση του στον χώρο σας για να δειτε αν μπορεί να ανταπεξέλθει. Οι ακραίες ζητούμενες θερμοκρασίες καταπονούν το μηχάνημα και αυξάνουν τον λογαριασμό ρεύματος.
Εγώ τα βάζω στους 25-27°C για καλοκαίρι και 20-22°C για χειμώνα και δεν τα κλείνω ποτέ, ούτε όταν λείπω από το σπίτι, με αποτέλεσμα να έχω τη θερμοκρασία που ζητάω με ελάχιστο κόστος, λιγότερο απο 1.000€ για ψύξη-θέρμανση ετησίως για σπίτι 100 τ.μ.

Απόδοση θέρμανσης ακόμα καλύτερη από την ψύξη. Ρυθμισμένο στους 21-22°C αποδίδει άψογα σε συνθήκες εξωτερικής θερμοκρασίας 5-15°C με την κατανάλωση να κυμαίνεται στα 150-200 watt. Τις λίγες ημέρες με θερμοκρασία 0-5°C, αύξανε την κατανάλωση σε 350-400 watt, που είναι βέβαια αναμενόμενο.
Το μηχάνημα τελικά είναι τρομερό σε ψύξη-θέρμανση και το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα είναι η άριστη απόδοση του με χαμηλή κατανάλωση. Η αντοχή στο χρόνο θα φανεί, όμως μετά από ένα χρόνο καθημερινής 24ωρης χρήσης λειτουργεί όπως την πρώτη ημέρα.
Επειδή χρησιμοποιώ καθημερινά κλιματιστικά για ψύξη και θέρμανση, έχω να πω πως για τη σωστή λειτουργία και μακροζωία τους είναι απαραίτητο να κάνουμε και εμείς καποια πράγματα.
1. Καθαρισμός φίλτρων κάθε μήνα τουλάχιστον. Έχω δει φιλτρα σε κλιματιστικό φίλου μου με 1 cm πάχος σκόνης σαν κουβέρτα κι ο άλλος έβριζε την mitsubishi.
2. Καθαρισμός από τεχνικό κάθε έξι μήνες, ιδανικά πριν τη χρήση τους σε κάθε σεζόν.
3. Ρύθμιση στις σωστές θερμοκρασίες. Μην ταλαιπωρείτε άσκοπα την τσέπη σας και το μηχανηματάκι, ρυθμίστε το εκεί που μπορεί να φτάσει, ώστε να "κόβει" ο συμπιεστής και αφήστε το inverter να κάνει το θαύμα του.
Purchased in July '24 for a small 14 square meter room. It worked exceptionally well during the prolonged heat all summer with satisfactory performance and reasonable consumption. The cooling is consistently at 26 degrees, as there is no point in setting it to 18 as someone mentioned in another review while it’s boiling outside. Equally satisfactory performance in winter and indeed with very low consumption of less than 200 watts at an ambient temperature of 10 degrees and an internal temperature of 24. It produces nice warmth that doesn’t dry out the atmosphere. I recommend it without reservation. It also has Wi-Fi, which I haven't tried.

Η ψύξη σταθερά στους 26 βαθμούς, καθώς δεν έχει νόημα να το βάζεις στους 18 όπως γράφει κάποιος σε άλλο review, ενώ έξω βράζει ο τόπος. Εξίσου ικανοποιητική απόδοση και τον χειμώνα και μάλιστα με πολύ χαμηλή κατανάλωση λιγότερο από 200 watt σε θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος 10 βαθμών και εσωτερική θερμοκρασία στους 24. Βγάζει ωραία ζέστη που δεν ξηραίνει την ατμόσφαιρα. Το συστήνω χωρίς επιφύλαξη. Έχει και wifi το οποίο δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει.
The air conditioner was purchased at the end of August 24 and the installation was done after 1 week. From the very first moment of operation and in summer conditions, reduced cooling performance was observed. While I set the cooling to 18, the air conditioner did not produce below 15 degrees Celsius cooling, resulting in the 10 sq.m room where I installed it not being able to be cooled. The installation was done with vacuum air and all related matters. A visit was made by fg europe to my house where they also confirmed that the air conditioner cannot produce below 15 degrees cooling. They also confirmed that the installation was okay as well as the pressures of the unit's fluids. The final response from Fujitsu is that it is normal for the air conditioner to only produce 15 degrees of cold air and that this is how it operates. I would not recommend this specific air conditioner. So far, I am very disappointed! I paid almost double the amount for a Chinese one and in the end, it is useless and they don't fix it to perform well.
Update: I had some hopes that the heating would be better because it is A+++ but no... It reaches a maximum of 49 for a short time and then goes to 38-40 while I have set the thermostat to 30 and the room is at 19! At the same time, it consumes 1kw in instantaneous measurement!

Από την πρώτη στιγμή λειτουργίας και σε συνθήκες καλοκαιριού παρατηρήθηκε μειωμένη απόδοση στην ψύξη.
Ενώ έβαζα την ψύξη στους 18 το κλιματιστικό δεν έβγαζε κάτω από 15 βαθμούς κελσίου ψύξη με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να κλιματιστεί το δωμάτιο των 10 τ.μ που το έχω βάλει.
Η εγκατάσταση έγινε με κενό αέρα και όλα τα σχετικά.
Έγινε επίσκεψη από την fg europe στο σπίτι μου όπου και οι ίδιοι διαπίστωσαν οτι δεν μπορεί να βγάλει κάτω από 15 βαθμούς ψύξη το κλιματιστικό.
Επίσης διαπίστωσαν και οι ίδιο οτι η εγκατάσταση ήταν οκ καθώς και οι πιέσεις των υγρών της μονάδας.
Η απάντηση τέλος της fujitsu είναι οτι είναι φυσικολογικό να βγάζει το κλιματιστικό μονό 15 βαθμούς κρύο αέρα και οτι έτσι λειτουργεί.
Δεν θα το πρότεινα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό. Μέχρι τώρα είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος!
Έδωσα σχεδόν τα διπλάσια χρήματα από ένα κινέζικο και στο τέλος είναι και άχρηστο και ούτε το φτιάχνουν να αποδίδει καλά.
Update: είχα κάποιες ελπίδες οτι στην θέρμανση θα ήταν καλύτερα επειδή είναι Α+++ αλλά δεν…Φτάνει για λίγο στους 49 max και μετά πάει στους 38-40 ενώ έχω βάλει το θερμοστάτη στους 30 και το δωμάτιο έχει 19! Ταυτόχρονα καίει 1kw στιγμιαία μέτρηση!

Since I use air conditioners daily for cooling and heating, I have to say that for their proper operation and longevity it is essential that we do some things ourselves.
1. Clean the filters at least every month. I have seen filters in a friend's air conditioner with 1 cm of dust like a blanket and the other person was cursing Mitsubishi.
2. Have it cleaned by a technician every six months, ideally before using it each season.
3. Set the correct temperatures. Don't unnecessarily strain your wallet and the little machine; set it where it can reach so that the compressor can "cut out" and let the inverter do its magic.
Επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό στα 550€ έναντι άλλων στα ίδια περίπου χρήματα (Daikin Siesta ATXC-D, Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-DM, Panasonic BZ, Toshiba Yukai είναι όλες αξιόλογες επιλογές) επειδή ήταν το μόνο με ενσωματωμένο wifi, αφού θέλω να το ελέγχω απομακρυσμένα, κυρίως τον χειμώνα. Τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο 12m² ώστε να βοηθά και διπλανά δωμάτια, σε σπίτι με κουφώματα αλουμινίου δεκαπενταετίας, ταράτσα απο πάνω και χωρίς τέντες. Χωρίς κλιματισμό η θερμοκρασία ξεπερνά τους 33°C!
Απόδοση ψύξης:
Ρυθμισμένο στους 26°C με τον ανεμιστήρα στο auto, διατηρεί τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο που τοποθετήθηκε, 26,5-27°C στον διάδρομο ενώ στα διπλανά δωμάτια που επικοινωνούν μέσω του διαδρόμου η θερμοκρασία ειναι 27-27,5°C στο διπλανό και 27,5-28°C στο πιο απομακρυσμένο με εξωτερική 35°C.
Σε περιόδους καύσωνα η θερμοκρασία στο βασικό δωμάτιο διατηρείται, ενώ οι άλλοι χώροι είναι +0,5°C.
Συνολικά καλείται να ψύξει 40 τ.μ. μη ενιαίου χώρου και μπορώ να πω πως τα καταφέρνει μιά χαρά.
Θόρυβος:
Η εσωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη στην 1η σκάλα έντασης (διαθέτει τέσσερις) και αναμενόμενα ο θόρυβος αυξάνεται όσο αυξάνεται η ένταση του ανεμιστήρα.
Τα πλαστικά μέρη δεν τρίζουν καθόλου σε οποιαδήποτε ένταση.
Η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι στην κυριολεξία εντελώς αθόρυβη.

•Μέσω της εφαρμογής (ή από το τηλεχειριστήριο με τη βοήθεια του manual) υπάρχει δυνατότητα να απενεργοποιείται πλήρως η εσωτερική μονάδα όταν σταματά η εξωτερική και να μη δουλεύει σαν ανεμιστήρας.
Κατανάλωση:
Ρυθμισμένο στους 26°C και με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 24-36°C, καταναλώνει 3,5-4kwh ημερησίως. Σε περίοδο καύσωνα 30-42°C, η κατανάλωση διπλασιάζεται.
Μετα από 25 ημέρες έχω μέσο όρο 4,5kwh/ημέρα.
Εμφάνιση:
Όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο, δεν έχει ψηφιακή ένδειξη θερμοκρασίας επάνω στη μονάδα, ούτε κάποιο design που εντυπωσιάζει. Προσωπικά όμως, μου είναι αδιάφορο.
Η ποιότητα των πλαστικών ειναι άνω του μετρίου ενώ το τηλεχειριστήριο είναι απλό. Μειονέκτημα η μικρή οθόνη του.
Για τις επιδόσεις του κλιματιστικού στη θέρμανση θα επανέλθω τον Δεκέμβριο.
Tip: Ρυθμίστε το κλιματιστικό σας σε εφικτές θερμοκρασίες για την κάθε περίοδο, για να πετύχετε σωστή ψύξη-θέρμανση με τη μικρότερη δυνατή κατανάλωση. Μετρήστε την κατανάλωση του κλιματιστικού και ελέγξτε με θερμόμετρο την απόδοση του στον χώρο σας για να δειτε αν μπορεί να ανταπεξέλθει. Οι ακραίες ζητούμενες θερμοκρασίες καταπονούν το μηχάνημα και αυξάνουν τον λογαριασμό ρεύματος.
Εγώ τα βάζω στους 25-27°C για καλοκαίρι και 20-22°C για χειμώνα και δεν τα κλείνω ποτέ, ούτε όταν λείπω από το σπίτι, με αποτέλεσμα να έχω τη θερμοκρασία που ζητάω με ελάχιστο κόστος, λιγότερο απο 1.000€ για ψύξη-θέρμανση ετησίως για σπίτι 100 τ.μ.

Απόδοση θέρμανσης ακόμα καλύτερη από την ψύξη. Ρυθμισμένο στους 21-22°C αποδίδει άψογα σε συνθήκες εξωτερικής θερμοκρασίας 5-15°C με την κατανάλωση να κυμαίνεται στα 150-200 watt. Τις λίγες ημέρες με θερμοκρασία 0-5°C, αύξανε την κατανάλωση σε 350-400 watt, που είναι βέβαια αναμενόμενο.
Το μηχάνημα τελικά είναι τρομερό σε ψύξη-θέρμανση και το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα είναι η άριστη απόδοση του με χαμηλή κατανάλωση. Η αντοχή στο χρόνο θα φανεί, όμως μετά από ένα χρόνο καθημερινής 24ωρης χρήσης λειτουργεί όπως την πρώτη ημέρα.
Επειδή χρησιμοποιώ καθημερινά κλιματιστικά για ψύξη και θέρμανση, έχω να πω πως για τη σωστή λειτουργία και μακροζωία τους είναι απαραίτητο να κάνουμε και εμείς καποια πράγματα.
1. Καθαρισμός φίλτρων κάθε μήνα τουλάχιστον. Έχω δει φιλτρα σε κλιματιστικό φίλου μου με 1 cm πάχος σκόνης σαν κουβέρτα κι ο άλλος έβριζε την mitsubishi.
2. Καθαρισμός από τεχνικό κάθε έξι μήνες, ιδανικά πριν τη χρήση τους σε κάθε σεζόν.
3. Ρύθμιση στις σωστές θερμοκρασίες. Μην ταλαιπωρείτε άσκοπα την τσέπη σας και το μηχανηματάκι, ρυθμίστε το εκεί που μπορεί να φτάσει, ώστε να "κόβει" ο συμπιεστής και αφήστε το inverter να κάνει το θαύμα του.
Purchased in July '24 for a small 14 square meter room. It worked exceptionally well during the prolonged heat all summer with satisfactory performance and reasonable consumption. The cooling is consistently at 26 degrees, as there is no point in setting it to 18 as someone mentioned in another review while it’s boiling outside. Equally satisfactory performance in winter and indeed with very low consumption of less than 200 watts at an ambient temperature of 10 degrees and an internal temperature of 24. It produces nice warmth that doesn’t dry out the atmosphere. I recommend it without reservation. It also has Wi-Fi, which I haven't tried.
Αγοράστηκε τον Ιούλιο του ’24 για ένα μικρό δωμάτιο 14 τετραγωνικών. Δούλεψε εξαιρετικά στις παρατεταμένες ζέστες όλο το καλοκαίρι με ικανοποιητική απόδοση και λογική κατανάλωση. Η ψύξη σταθερά στους 26 βαθμούς, καθώς δεν έχει νόημα να το βάζεις στους 18 όπως γράφει κάποιος σε άλλο review, ενώ έξω βράζει ο τόπος. Εξίσου ικανοποιητική απόδοση και τον χειμώνα και μάλιστα με πολύ χαμηλή κατανάλωση λιγότερο από 200 watt σε θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος 10 βαθμών και εσωτερική θερμοκρασία στους 24. Βγάζει ωραία ζέστη που δεν ξηραίνει την ατμόσφαιρα. Το συστήνω χωρίς επιφύλαξη. Έχει και wifi το οποίο δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει.
The air conditioner was purchased at the end of August 24 and the installation was done after 1 week. From the very first moment of operation and in summer conditions, reduced cooling performance was observed. While I set the cooling to 18, the air conditioner did not produce below 15 degrees Celsius cooling, resulting in the 10 sq.m room where I installed it not being able to be cooled. The installation was done with vacuum air and all related matters. A visit was made by fg europe to my house where they also confirmed that the air conditioner cannot produce below 15 degrees cooling. They also confirmed that the installation was okay as well as the pressures of the unit's fluids. The final response from Fujitsu is that it is normal for the air conditioner to only produce 15 degrees of cold air and that this is how it operates. I would not recommend this specific air conditioner. So far, I am very disappointed! I paid almost double the amount for a Chinese one and in the end, it is useless and they don't fix it to perform well.
Update: I had some hopes that the heating would be better because it is A+++ but no... It reaches a maximum of 49 for a short time and then goes to 38-40 while I have set the thermostat to 30 and the room is at 19! At the same time, it consumes 1kw in instantaneous measurement!
Το κλιματιστικό αγοράστηκε τέλη Αυγούστου 24 και η εγκατάσταση έγινε μετά από 1 εβδομάδα.
Από την πρώτη στιγμή λειτουργίας και σε συνθήκες καλοκαιριού παρατηρήθηκε μειωμένη απόδοση στην ψύξη.
Ενώ έβαζα την ψύξη στους 18 το κλιματιστικό δεν έβγαζε κάτω από 15 βαθμούς κελσίου ψύξη με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να κλιματιστεί το δωμάτιο των 10 τ.μ που το έχω βάλει.
Η εγκατάσταση έγινε με κενό αέρα και όλα τα σχετικά.
Έγινε επίσκεψη από την fg europe στο σπίτι μου όπου και οι ίδιοι διαπίστωσαν οτι δεν μπορεί να βγάλει κάτω από 15 βαθμούς ψύξη το κλιματιστικό.
Επίσης διαπίστωσαν και οι ίδιο οτι η εγκατάσταση ήταν οκ καθώς και οι πιέσεις των υγρών της μονάδας.
Η απάντηση τέλος της fujitsu είναι οτι είναι φυσικολογικό να βγάζει το κλιματιστικό μονό 15 βαθμούς κρύο αέρα και οτι έτσι λειτουργεί.
Δεν θα το πρότεινα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό. Μέχρι τώρα είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος!
Έδωσα σχεδόν τα διπλάσια χρήματα από ένα κινέζικο και στο τέλος είναι και άχρηστο και ούτε το φτιάχνουν να αποδίδει καλά.
Update: είχα κάποιες ελπίδες οτι στην θέρμανση θα ήταν καλύτερα επειδή είναι Α+++ αλλά δεν…Φτάνει για λίγο στους 49 max και μετά πάει στους 38-40 ενώ έχω βάλει το θερμοστάτη στους 30 και το δωμάτιο έχει 19! Ταυτόχρονα καίει 1kw στιγμιαία μέτρηση!

It heats the room quickly and a lot, maintaining the temperature evenly, regardless of the outside cold. It cools the room with problems and after you spend quite some time at first, sometimes it maintains the temperature, sometimes not, depending on the outside temperature and you have to deal with it again. However, it does cool well in the end, though not evenly. The remote control has a specific angle for command transmission and just for that, I wouldn't buy it again.
Ζεσταίνει τον χώρο γρήγορα και πολύ, κρατώντας ομοιόμορφα την θερμοκρασία, ανεξάρτητα από το εξωτερικό ψύχος. Ψύχει τον χώρο με προβλήματα και αφού ασχοληθείς αρκετά στην αρχή, άλλοτε κρατάει την θερμοκρασία, άλλοτε όχι, ανάλογα με την εξωτερική θερμοκρασία και πρέπει να ξανασχοληθείς. Ψύχει όμως καλά, τελικά, όχι ομοιόμορφα. Το τηλεχειριστήριο, έχει συγκεκριμένη γωνία απόδοσης της εντολής και μόνο γι' αυτό, δεν θα το ξαναέπαιρνα.
I chose this particular air conditioner at €550 over others at roughly the same price (Daikin Siesta ATXC-D, Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-DM, Panasonic BZ, Toshiba Yukai are all worthy options) because it was the only one with built-in Wi-Fi, since I want to control it remotely, mainly in winter. It was installed in a 12m² bedroom so it can also help adjacent rooms, in a house with 15-year-old aluminum frames, a roof terrace above and no awnings. Without air conditioning the temperature exceeds 33°C!
Cooling performance:
Set to 26°C with the fan on auto, it maintains the requested temperature in the room where it is installed, 26.5-27°C in the hallway, while in the adjacent rooms connected through the hallway the temperature is 27-27.5°C in the nearest one and 27.5-28°C in the farthest one, with 35°C outside.
During heatwaves the temperature in the main room is maintained, while the other spaces are +0.5°C.
Overall it is called upon to cool 40 sq.m. of non-open-plan space and I can say it does the job just fine.
Noise:
The indoor unit is silent on the 1st fan speed (it has four), and as expected the noise increases as the fan speed increases.
The plastic parts do not creak at all at any speed.
The outdoor unit is literally completely silent.

• 7-position adjustment or swing for the horizontal louver (the vertical louvers are adjusted manually).

• Through the app (or from the remote control with the help of the manual) there is the option to completely turn off the indoor unit when the outdoor unit stops and not have it run as a fan.
Consumption:
Set to 26°C and with an outdoor temperature of 24-36°C, it consumes 3.5-4 kWh daily. During a heatwave period of 30-42°C, consumption doubles.
After 25 days I have an average of 4.5 kWh/day.
Appearance:
Nothing special, it does not have a digital temperature display on the unit, nor any design that impresses. Personally, though, I don't care.
The quality of the plastics is above average while the remote control is simple. Its small screen is a drawback.
I will come back in December with the air conditioner's heating performance.
Tip: Set your air conditioner to achievable temperatures for each season, in order to achieve proper cooling/heating with the lowest possible consumption. Measure the air conditioner's consumption and check its performance in your space with a thermometer to see if it can cope. Extreme target temperatures strain the machine and increase the electricity bill.
I set mine to 25-27°C for summer and 20-22°C for winter and never turn them off, not even when I am away from home, resulting in the temperature I want at minimal cost, less than €1,000 for cooling-heating annually for a 100 sq.m. house.

Heating performance even better than cooling. Set to 21-22°C it performs excellently in outdoor temperatures of 5-15°C with consumption ranging from 150-200 watts. On the few days with temperatures of 0-5°C, it increased consumption to 350-400 watts, which is of course expected.
The machine is ultimately tremendous in cooling-heating and the biggest advantage is its excellent performance with low consumption. Its durability over time remains to be seen, but after one year of daily 24-hour use it works like on the first day.

Απόδοση θέρμανσης ακόμα καλύτερη από την ψύξη. Ρυθμισμένο στους 21-22°C αποδίδει άψογα σε συνθήκες εξωτερικής θερμοκρασίας 5-15°C με την κατανάλωση να κυμαίνεται στα 150-200 watt. Τις λίγες ημέρες με θερμοκρασία 0-5°C, αύξανε την κατανάλωση σε 350-400 watt, που είναι βέβαια αναμενόμενο.
Το μηχάνημα τελικά είναι τρομερό σε ψύξη-θέρμανση και το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα είναι η άριστη απόδοση του με χαμηλή κατανάλωση. Η αντοχή στο χρόνο θα φανεί, όμως μετά από ένα χρόνο καθημερινής 24ωρης χρήσης λειτουργεί όπως την πρώτη ημέρα.
Επειδή χρησιμοποιώ καθημερινά κλιματιστικά για ψύξη και θέρμανση, έχω να πω πως για τη σωστή λειτουργία και μακροζωία τους είναι απαραίτητο να κάνουμε και εμείς καποια πράγματα.
1. Καθαρισμός φίλτρων κάθε μήνα τουλάχιστον. Έχω δει φιλτρα σε κλιματιστικό φίλου μου με 1 cm πάχος σκόνης σαν κουβέρτα κι ο άλλος έβριζε την mitsubishi.
2. Καθαρισμός από τεχνικό κάθε έξι μήνες, ιδανικά πριν τη χρήση τους σε κάθε σεζόν.
3. Ρύθμιση στις σωστές θερμοκρασίες. Μην ταλαιπωρείτε άσκοπα την τσέπη σας και το μηχανηματάκι, ρυθμίστε το εκεί που μπορεί να φτάσει, ώστε να "κόβει" ο συμπιεστής και αφήστε το inverter να κάνει το θαύμα του.
Purchased in July '24 for a small 14 square meter room. It worked exceptionally well during the prolonged heat all summer with satisfactory performance and reasonable consumption. The cooling is consistently at 26 degrees, as there is no point in setting it to 18 as someone mentioned in another review while it’s boiling outside. Equally satisfactory performance in winter and indeed with very low consumption of less than 200 watts at an ambient temperature of 10 degrees and an internal temperature of 24. It produces nice warmth that doesn’t dry out the atmosphere. I recommend it without reservation. It also has Wi-Fi, which I haven't tried.

Η ψύξη σταθερά στους 26 βαθμούς, καθώς δεν έχει νόημα να το βάζεις στους 18 όπως γράφει κάποιος σε άλλο review, ενώ έξω βράζει ο τόπος. Εξίσου ικανοποιητική απόδοση και τον χειμώνα και μάλιστα με πολύ χαμηλή κατανάλωση λιγότερο από 200 watt σε θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος 10 βαθμών και εσωτερική θερμοκρασία στους 24. Βγάζει ωραία ζέστη που δεν ξηραίνει την ατμόσφαιρα. Το συστήνω χωρίς επιφύλαξη. Έχει και wifi το οποίο δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει.
The air conditioner was purchased at the end of August 24 and the installation was done after 1 week. From the very first moment of operation and in summer conditions, reduced cooling performance was observed. While I set the cooling to 18, the air conditioner did not produce below 15 degrees Celsius cooling, resulting in the 10 sq.m room where I installed it not being able to be cooled. The installation was done with vacuum air and all related matters. A visit was made by fg europe to my house where they also confirmed that the air conditioner cannot produce below 15 degrees cooling. They also confirmed that the installation was okay as well as the pressures of the unit's fluids. The final response from Fujitsu is that it is normal for the air conditioner to only produce 15 degrees of cold air and that this is how it operates. I would not recommend this specific air conditioner. So far, I am very disappointed! I paid almost double the amount for a Chinese one and in the end, it is useless and they don't fix it to perform well.
Update: I had some hopes that the heating would be better because it is A+++ but no... It reaches a maximum of 49 for a short time and then goes to 38-40 while I have set the thermostat to 30 and the room is at 19! At the same time, it consumes 1kw in instantaneous measurement!

Από την πρώτη στιγμή λειτουργίας και σε συνθήκες καλοκαιριού παρατηρήθηκε μειωμένη απόδοση στην ψύξη.
Ενώ έβαζα την ψύξη στους 18 το κλιματιστικό δεν έβγαζε κάτω από 15 βαθμούς κελσίου ψύξη με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να κλιματιστεί το δωμάτιο των 10 τ.μ που το έχω βάλει.
Η εγκατάσταση έγινε με κενό αέρα και όλα τα σχετικά.
Έγινε επίσκεψη από την fg europe στο σπίτι μου όπου και οι ίδιοι διαπίστωσαν οτι δεν μπορεί να βγάλει κάτω από 15 βαθμούς ψύξη το κλιματιστικό.
Επίσης διαπίστωσαν και οι ίδιο οτι η εγκατάσταση ήταν οκ καθώς και οι πιέσεις των υγρών της μονάδας.
Η απάντηση τέλος της fujitsu είναι οτι είναι φυσικολογικό να βγάζει το κλιματιστικό μονό 15 βαθμούς κρύο αέρα και οτι έτσι λειτουργεί.
Δεν θα το πρότεινα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό. Μέχρι τώρα είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος!
Έδωσα σχεδόν τα διπλάσια χρήματα από ένα κινέζικο και στο τέλος είναι και άχρηστο και ούτε το φτιάχνουν να αποδίδει καλά.
Update: είχα κάποιες ελπίδες οτι στην θέρμανση θα ήταν καλύτερα επειδή είναι Α+++ αλλά δεν…Φτάνει για λίγο στους 49 max και μετά πάει στους 38-40 ενώ έχω βάλει το θερμοστάτη στους 30 και το δωμάτιο έχει 19! Ταυτόχρονα καίει 1kw στιγμιαία μέτρηση!

It heats the room quickly and a lot, maintaining the temperature evenly, regardless of the outside cold. It cools the room with problems and after you spend quite some time at first, sometimes it maintains the temperature, sometimes not, depending on the outside temperature and you have to deal with it again. However, it does cool well in the end, though not evenly. The remote control has a specific angle for command transmission and just for that, I wouldn't buy it again.

Ψύχει τον χώρο με προβλήματα και αφού ασχοληθείς αρκετά στην αρχή, άλλοτε κρατάει την θερμοκρασία, άλλοτε όχι, ανάλογα με την εξωτερική θερμοκρασία και πρέπει να ξανασχοληθείς. Ψύχει όμως καλά, τελικά, όχι ομοιόμορφα. Το τηλεχειριστήριο, έχει συγκεκριμένη γωνία απόδοσης της εντολής και μόνο γι' αυτό, δεν θα το ξαναέπαιρνα.
I chose this particular air conditioner at €550 over others at roughly the same price (Daikin Siesta ATXC-D, Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-DM, Panasonic BZ, Toshiba Yukai are all worthy options) because it was the only one with built-in Wi-Fi, since I want to control it remotely, mainly in winter. It was installed in a 12m² bedroom so it can also help adjacent rooms, in a house with 15-year-old aluminum frames, a roof terrace above and no awnings. Without air conditioning the temperature exceeds 33°C!
Cooling performance:
Set to 26°C with the fan on auto, it maintains the requested temperature in the room where it is installed, 26.5-27°C in the hallway, while in the adjacent rooms connected through the hallway the temperature is 27-27.5°C in the nearest one and 27.5-28°C in the farthest one, with 35°C outside.
During heatwaves the temperature in the main room is maintained, while the other spaces are +0.5°C.
Overall it is called upon to cool 40 sq.m. of non-open-plan space and I can say it does the job just fine.
Noise:
The indoor unit is silent on the 1st fan speed (it has four), and as expected the noise increases as the fan speed increases.
The plastic parts do not creak at all at any speed.
The outdoor unit is literally completely silent.
Functions:
• timer for on-off
• economy
• turbo
• sleep, which raises the temperature every few hours for energy saving
• 7-position adjustment or swing for the horizontal louver (the vertical louvers are adjusted manually).
• Temperature adjustment in 0.5°C increments.
• 10°C heating mode.
• Wi-Fi for remote control via the AIRSTAGE app (it does not measure power consumption).
• Through the app (or from the remote control with the help of the manual) there is the option to completely turn off the indoor unit when the outdoor unit stops and not have it run as a fan.
Consumption:
Set to 26°C and with an outdoor temperature of 24-36°C, it consumes 3.5-4 kWh daily. During a heatwave period of 30-42°C, consumption doubles.
After 25 days I have an average of 4.5 kWh/day.
Appearance:
Nothing special, it does not have a digital temperature display on the unit, nor any design that impresses. Personally, though, I don't care.
The quality of the plastics is above average while the remote control is simple. Its small screen is a drawback.
I will come back in December with the air conditioner's heating performance.
Tip: Set your air conditioner to achievable temperatures for each season, in order to achieve proper cooling/heating with the lowest possible consumption. Measure the air conditioner's consumption and check its performance in your space with a thermometer to see if it can cope. Extreme target temperatures strain the machine and increase the electricity bill.
I set mine to 25-27°C for summer and 20-22°C for winter and never turn them off, not even when I am away from home, resulting in the temperature I want at minimal cost, less than €1,000 for cooling-heating annually for a 100 sq.m. house.

Heating performance even better than cooling. Set to 21-22°C it performs excellently in outdoor temperatures of 5-15°C with consumption ranging from 150-200 watts. On the few days with temperatures of 0-5°C, it increased consumption to 350-400 watts, which is of course expected.
The machine is ultimately tremendous in cooling-heating and the biggest advantage is its excellent performance with low consumption. Its durability over time remains to be seen, but after one year of daily 24-hour use it works like on the first day.
Since I use air conditioners daily for cooling and heating, I have to say that for their proper operation and longevity it is essential that we do some things ourselves.
1. Clean the filters at least every month. I have seen filters in a friend's air conditioner with 1 cm of dust like a blanket and the other person was cursing Mitsubishi.
2. Have it cleaned by a technician every six months, ideally before using it each season.
3. Set the correct temperatures. Don't unnecessarily strain your wallet and the little machine; set it where it can reach so that the compressor can "cut out" and let the inverter do its magic.

Τοποθετήθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο 12m² ώστε να βοηθά και διπλανά δωμάτια, σε σπίτι με κουφώματα αλουμινίου δεκαπενταετίας, ταράτσα απο πάνω και χωρίς τέντες. Χωρίς κλιματισμό η θερμοκρασία ξεπερνά τους 33°C!
Απόδοση ψύξης:
Ρυθμισμένο στους 26°C με τον ανεμιστήρα στο auto, διατηρεί τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο που τοποθετήθηκε, 26,5-27°C στον διάδρομο ενώ στα διπλανά δωμάτια που επικοινωνούν μέσω του διαδρόμου η θερμοκρασία ειναι 27-27,5°C στο διπλανό και 27,5-28°C στο πιο απομακρυσμένο με εξωτερική 35°C.
Σε περιόδους καύσωνα η θερμοκρασία στο βασικό δωμάτιο διατηρείται, ενώ οι άλλοι χώροι είναι +0,5°C.
Συνολικά καλείται να ψύξει 40 τ.μ. μη ενιαίου χώρου και μπορώ να πω πως τα καταφέρνει μιά χαρά.
Θόρυβος:
Η εσωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη στην 1η σκάλα έντασης (διαθέτει τέσσερις) και αναμενόμενα ο θόρυβος αυξάνεται όσο αυξάνεται η ένταση του ανεμιστήρα.
Τα πλαστικά μέρη δεν τρίζουν καθόλου σε οποιαδήποτε ένταση.
Η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι στην κυριολεξία εντελώς αθόρυβη.

Οι ακραίες ζητούμενες θερμοκρασίες καταπονούν το μηχάνημα και αυξάνουν τον λογαριασμό ρεύματος.
