The worst I have ever bought. It worked badly for me. No help during training and after it ended, a bad, depressive feeling. But every body is different.

i was used to a much stronger caffeine infused preworkout and this left me wanting for more. Taste wise its immaculate and I would recommend this to someone getting started with pre workouts
