I bought the iron in August and since then I have replaced it from the dealership 3 times with a new one, because after almost 1.5 hours of ironing, instead of steam it releases water. Unfortunately, and I am very sorry, I will need to return it again and request a refund, because even the 3rd iron does exactly the same. I have no complaints about the official service of the dealership near the area where I live, to which I was referred from the first time the problem occurred. The people are very helpful and polite with immediate response (the replacement was done within 2 days). I am sorry that although it is not considered a cheap iron, it has such problems.

Δυστυχώς και λυπάμαι πάρα πολύ θα χρειαστεί να το επιστρέψω ξανά και να ζητήσω επιστροφή χρημάτων, γιατί ακόμα και το 3ο σίδερο κάνει ακριβώς τα ίδια. Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο από το επίσημο service της αντιπροσωπείας κοντά στην περιοχή που μένω, στο οποίο με είχαν παραπέμψει από την πρώτη φορά που παρουσίασε το πρόβλημα. Οι άνθρωποι είναι εξυπηρετικότατοι και ευγενέστατοι με άμεση απάντηση ( η αντικατάσταση γινόταν μέσα σε 2 ημέρες). Λυπάμαι που ενώ δεν θεωρείται φθηνό σίδερο, έχει τέτοια προβλήματα.
The product was defective. Thank you very much for addressing my issue. I believe it was a "one-off," however, I think the company should reconsider the manufacturing specifications of this particular iron as the problem I had (water leakage) could be very dangerous.
Το προιόν ήταν ελαττωματικό. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την αντιμετώπιση του θέματος μου. Θεωρώ πως "έτυχε", ωστόσο πιστεύω πως η εταιρία θα πρέπει να επανεξετάσει τις κατασκευαστικές προδιαγραφές του συγκεκριμένου σίδερου καθώς αυτό το πρόβλημα που είχα (διαρροή νερού) θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ επικίνδυνο.

I bought the iron in August and since then I have replaced it from the dealership 3 times with a new one, because after almost 1.5 hours of ironing, instead of steam it releases water. Unfortunately, and I am very sorry, I will need to return it again and request a refund, because even the 3rd iron does exactly the same. I have no complaints about the official service of the dealership near the area where I live, to which I was referred from the first time the problem occurred. The people are very helpful and polite with immediate response (the replacement was done within 2 days). I am sorry that although it is not considered a cheap iron, it has such problems.
