Description

Induction Hob

Our Smart Induction Technology heats the cookware and the food inside it, and nothing else. The surface around the cookware remains cool. So, if you accidentally touch the hob near the pans while cooking, your fingers are safe.

SteamBake

With SteamBake you can achieve bakery-level results at home. With moisture, the dough rises fully, creating fluffy interiors with a rich, crispy crust.

Airfry

Enjoy crispy potatoes or vegetables with less oil by using the specially designed setting and AirFry tray in your kitchen. The wire tray allows hot air to continuously move within the oven, cooking your food from all sides every time. Perfect and crispy, every time.

Multilevel Cooking

With multi-level cooking, the additional circular resistance in our oven ensures that your food is cooked perfectly evenly, even when using up to two trays simultaneously.

LED Timer

This cooker features an LED timer, allowing you to consistently monitor the cooking process. The timer will alert you when the cooking time is up, and you can choose whether to cook the food a little longer, adjust the temperature, or get ready for serving.

Most induction hobs have automatic size adjustment, which allows the device to adapt to the size of the cookware placed on top of it.
You do not need to worry about the size of your cookware, as the hob will automatically adjust to its contact surface.
So you can use cookware of a larger diameter!

According to the manufacturer, the MINIMUM diameter of cookware is:
    Back left: 125mm - 140mm with Power 1400/2500W.
    Back right: 145mm - 180mm with Power 1800/2800W.
    Front right: 145mm - 180mm with Power 1800/2800W.
    Front left: 180mm - 210mm with Power 2300/3600W.

I have had it for two months and have cooked various things. While I don't understand the reasoning behind the fact that the eyes go up to 14 (and 10 would be good), I have no problems like the other user says with burnt food, I just don't turn it all the way up. I have made soups, pastry creams, omelets, everything is fine. The oven does take a little longer than what the recipe says. The telescopic arm is worth all the money and the drawer for the trays is very convenient.

    Regarding the model AEG CIB6647ABM

The "burners" are very small. The largest is 21 cm so all cookware must have a base max of 21 cm.

The intensity on the burners goes up to 14 and there is also a power boost function. So far, I have not been able to make an omelet that is not burnt or undercooked. I'm still trying to find the right intensity.

The induction burners do not cool down immediately once you turn them off as is generally advertised for induction. The burners remain hot after turning off for about 5 - 10 minutes and you cannot touch them.

In the oven, when I cook recipes that say, for example, for 45 minutes, I have to account for an additional 10 minutes.
