After 15 days of hassle, they sent me a second one, in which the burners were malfunctioning, meaning when you put two pots on, the third and fourth burners didn’t work, resulting in the Hyundai technician who came being clueless, he looked at it from a distance and asked me the following ridiculous question: So, you’re going to use all 4 at the same time? Then, a very rude and aggressive representative from Hyundai called me to praise their product and justify the unjustifiable, she was mocking me and talking back to me with an arrogant attitude instead of apologizing for the hassle, their defective products, and for the electrician I had to pay twice, she just wanted to come out on top and told me that the new induction pots I bought weren’t suitable for the stove and that all induction stoves work this way. After a month of hassle, thankfully the store where I bought it helped me and I got my money back! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!!
