Very easy to use, with elastic material, adjustable Velcro, and a thumb loop that helps keep them properly in place. They provide good wrist stabilization without significantly restricting movement.

Suitable for bench presses, shoulder presses, and generally exercises where extra wrist support is needed. They are thin and lightweight, so they are not particularly bothersome during use.

At around €12-15, they are an honest and practical choice for anyone who wants basic wrist support without dealing with bulkier wraps.
