    I give it 3 stars because it makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, it is very effective, dries clothes perfectly, cleaning it is very easy (it is good to clean it after each drying cycle as it collects lint in the filter), its drum has a huge capacity, it is very user-friendly, has many programs and a touch screen. Additionally, the humidity sensor function is very important as it calculates the level of dryness of the load and adjusts the program's end time accordingly (for example, a program with a duration of 2.5 hours will finish much earlier if the load is small). It also has a drying rack for sheets, shirts, etc.

    February 3, 2018: I used the drying rack for the first time with just one shirt (!!!) and the hook broke, causing the rack to fall off the drum and damage it (many dents). LG informed me (without even checking) that this specific material failure is not covered by the warranty.

    We bought it in 2015 on offer for 480€. After 3 months, it had its first problem. The representative here was useless, and the company showed no interest in helping us. We fixed the problem, but after 6 months, it broke again. I contacted LG again to say that I didn't want to work with their representative anymore and because I consider their model defective, I asked for a replacement. The process didn't go well because essentially they only replace it when it can't be repaired! A month ago, it broke again. It doesn't dry at all and a light turns on every 5 minutes (refill container). I called and they simply informed me that the warranty has expired! It's the first product that enters our house and turns out to be so bad. Needless to say, LG has gone from being a mediocre company to the worst.

    I bought this dryer in February 2015, and in March 2017, one month after the warranty expired, the highly advertised LG compressor broke. The cost for repair was 280 euros. Of course, LG did not provide an extension because they only offer a 10-year extension for compressors in washing machines and refrigerators. Now, I might be unlucky and this could be the most durable dryer, but I find it unacceptable for a compressor of a dryer, which you pay a lot for, to break in just 2 years with simple household use. I believed that this particular company was reliable and wouldn't cause such significant damage in such a short period of time. As a dryer, it worked fine and was energy-efficient in consumption, like I imagine all A++ dryers are.

    Purchased in July 2016 and tested a little, but actively used for a month now. Excellent product with very low consumption, especially when used with night electricity. Many program options and great ease of use. Although I am a first-time user of a dryer, it seems to make a little noise.

    Product excellent. Sturdy, functional, with a Greek character screen, many programs, and minimal noise. Filter cleaning is very easy. A major advantage is the automatic condenser cleaning and automatic fault diagnosis. The dry clothes come out fluffy, without odors, and at the desired level of dryness. If the dryer proves to be as durable over time as other LG products (air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines), then German competition will have to do their best to catch up with the Koreans...

    It is a very good dryer, it really makes the clothes fluffy and dry. Since we got it, we have been spared the worry of when to do laundry in order to dry the clothes. It is the first dryer I have, so I cannot compare it to others, but I think it could be a little quieter. Other than that, it is a good purchase that will save you from hanging, gathering, ironing... After 3 years of use, it had a problem and was not drying the clothes. The repair cost was 220 euros. The service told me to avoid continuous use, meaning not to use it again for another drying cycle immediately after one.

The process didn't go well because essentially they only replace it when it can't be repaired! A month ago, it broke again. It doesn't dry at all and a light turns on every 5 minutes (refill container). I called and they simply informed me that the warranty has expired! It's the first product that enters our house and turns out to be so bad. Needless to say, LG has gone from being a mediocre company to the worst.

    I bought this dryer in February 2015, and in March 2017, one month after the warranty expired, the highly advertised LG compressor broke. The cost for repair was 280 euros. Of course, LG did not provide an extension because they only offer a 10-year extension for compressors in washing machines and refrigerators. Now, I might be unlucky and this could be the most durable dryer, but I find it unacceptable for a compressor of a dryer, which you pay a lot for, to break in just 2 years with simple household use. I believed that this particular company was reliable and wouldn't cause such significant damage in such a short period of time. As a dryer, it worked fine and was energy-efficient in consumption, like I imagine all A++ dryers are.
