    It is making a vibrating motor sound when motor runs.. for a few seconds of open door you get this constant noise sometimes for half hour . It says 40db but it is a very irritating noise (check the video).. it is easily heard from my bedroom across the kitchen. 20 year old fridge was much more silent.. a more of a minor issue is that the door compartments don't even fit the smaller 1 liter glass bottled water so for the most part are useless as seen in the photo they can only be used for condiments.. I am submitting a return request after just 8 hours I received it and I have already bought another one with 34db from LG to be sure..
