  • Wash your hair thoroughly before applying the mask, using lukewarm to warm water
  • Apply an amount equivalent to two walnuts on damp hair, focusing from the mid-lengths to the ends
  • Leave it on for at least 5 minutes and, if you wish, wrap your hair with a warm towel for better hydration
  • Rinse well with lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles and “lock in” all the nutrients
