I have had it for over 15 years and it has not suffered the slightest bit of lubrication on its lock every now and then.... amazing trunk

I had it for 18 years (08/2005) without any problem. I sold the scooter with the top case to the new owner and it continues to run flawlessly. Nothing ever broke and it had a total of 110,000 km on the two scooters I had. It doesn't let any water through, even when I washed it with a pressure washer countless times, not a single drop passed through. Only in the last year, the lock had an issue, but it was still fully functional and the responsibility for that issue is mine, as I often forgot the key on the lock, causing the entire keychain with multiple keys to hang on the lock, and with the vibrations from potholes, it caused wear. Another drawback was that in potholes, you could hear a plastic "tok-tok" sound, which can be easily fixed by placing a rubber between the base and the top case, but I never bothered. For the 90€ price, you can easily overlook the "tok-tok". It is value for money. Honda itself was selling a top case for 230€, and I got mine for 90€, and all my friends who bought the Honda one had problems with breakages and had to come up with solutions, while mine was a champ.
