The Viking Steel Flex represents the 3rd generation in Viking's series of adjustable dumbbells, maintaining the characteristic reliability of previous models and incorporating improvements from the experience and demands of athletes.

  • More weight and even more adjustments: The maximum weight of the dumbbell is 32 kg and the weight adjustments are in increments of 2 kg.
  • Quick and easy weight selection adjustment: With a simple rotation of the dumbbell bar, we select the weight we want, with indication windows at both ends of the dumbbell.
  • Compact construction: The plates are made from high-density steel with precision, reducing the gaps between them and making them more compact and stable.

  • Weight increments: 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 - 14 - 16 - 18 - 20 - 22 - 24 - 26 - 28 - 30 - 32.
  • Overall dumbbell dimensions LxWxH: 43.5 x 17.5 x 17.5 cm.
  • Handle length: 10.5 cm.
  • Handle thickness: 30mm.

    Purchased 08/2024. The delivery service handed me one of the two with cracks in the handle, so it was problematic from the start. The service from Viking was very good. I sent the handle at their expense and it was replaced. Nevertheless, the mechanism is not very good. After 6 months, cracks started to appear and the mechanism gets stuck. Even though their use is very careful. I don't know how long they will last. Overall, they are very convenient. I understand the cost, but when one considers how much they would spend on separate dumbbells and the space they would take up, it's worth it.
