Reliable probiotic, especially for use after antibiotics. The capsules are easy on the stomach and help regulate the bowel, but its action is not immediate — it takes a few days to see results. The composition is good, but there are stronger probiotics on the market. Overall, a steady and safe choice for daily support.

It is quite good for IBS where I was bloated 24/7. I take it every morning on an empty stomach and it helps me go to the toilet. I also combine it with ibutin 300 which I take before lunch (20'). It just takes a few days to work. Now I am better but I continue to take it.

I have taken them upon the recommendation of a good doctor, for irritable bowel syndrome for a six-month treatment and since then I take them from time to time. I consider them very good. Definitely better than others I have tried. They have also helped a lot, a friend with constipation

I took them for 3 months, one pill after lunch, in the first month all the symptoms of irritable bowel disappeared. However, in the third month they returned and I had to change probiotics.

Following the recommended dosage of two and then one per day, it works for chronic constipation. For digestive bloating, not yet. It starts to work after a week of use. No side effects for me, maybe a bit more bloating, but it's still early and the body needs to adjust.
P.S. After a period of use, it really works fully, normalizing digestion, constipation, and bloating. Of all the supplements I tried (I tried many over the years), this is the only one that worked for me. I will continue with short breaks between boxes.

Very good product for its price, this is the second time I am buying them. I have noticed a difference in bloating and overall gut health. The only negative I found is that it creates a strange taste, mainly on an empty stomach, which I only notice when I take these particular probiotics.

It didn't help with the bloating... I feel like it made the problem worse every time I took it.

I have IBS and I had it in my possession without realizing it, since every visit to the pharmacy included buying probiotics. I took it out of necessity in combination with antibiotics because I had run out of other probiotics and I was impressed. It helped me immensely with constipation and I de-bloated within a few days of use. I take it every time I see that I am getting bloated and constipation returns. They definitely don't work miracles on their own. We also need to contribute with a proper diet, small frequent meals, and keeping track of the foods that cause us bloating so that we can limit them to a degree that doesn't cause side effects.

After one package, I didn't see any difference in the bloating at all! I was taking 2 pills a day. I don't know if it needs even more time, but I probably won't buy it again.

As another person mentioned in their review, it caused me incredible constipation for 5 days after about 4 days of use, which has never happened before even though I have taken probiotics many times in the past. It was a difficult situation because I was also on vacation and felt bloated.

After a few days and with a dosage of 3 a day, I started going to the bathroom as quite constipated. However, with the bloating, it only helps me a little at night with gas release. I am 40 years old and have been constipated for as long as I can remember. I was taking bio kult for months but I hadn't seen any significant difference. Excellent and affordable supplement. It helped me a lot when I had a difficult gastroenteritis. My spouse and I (taking it 1-2 times a week) were the only ones in our circle who caught it, but we did not experience diarrhea or vomiting, unlike the others who ended up in the hospital. I have tried various probiotics and prebiotics recommended by my doctors, but none of them provided relief from the first week like this one. With irritable bowel syndrome, explosive bloating, and malabsorption syndrome, I take it morning and night and will continue month after month as my doctor suggested, hoping that the flora will be restored along with my diet. I will come back with an evaluation at the 6-month mark.

I have tried several probiotics without any results.. This particular one is the only one that is worth it in my opinion!
