The Slate GPSB Premium Griddle gas grill from Weber features 3 burners, allowing you to have multiple temperature zones on the cooking surface so you can grill different types of food simultaneously (e.g., meat at high temperature and vegetables at low temperature). The cooking surface measures 46x76 cm, and you can grill about 8 steaks at once. A main advantage of gas grills is that they ignite immediately, reach temperature very quickly, and the heat intensity is adjustable. It has a side burner where you can simultaneously prepare a sauce or side dishes for your grilled food. Finally, it has built-in wheels for easy mobility.

Comfort & Functionality

It features a large, single, cast iron plate with a porcelain coating as a cooking surface and is considered ideal for those who love grilling on a plate. It has three powerful cooking burners, a side cooking burner, three knobs for adjusting the intensity, a digital temperature display, a removable grease collector for easy cleaning, two side workbenches, the Weber Works storage system, hooks for hanging grilling tools, and 4 swivel wheels, of which the 2 front ones have a locking mechanism for safe immobilization.
