Relatively easy installation and good build quality, with many accessories for mounting it in a PC with Socket AM4/AM5/1200/115x/1700/1366, along with a tube of thermal paste. It keeps my computer's processor, for which I bought it, at low operating temperatures—an Intel Core i7-950 3.06 GHz 8 MB Cache Socket LGA1366. Temperatures range from 45 to 69 degrees Celsius under full CPU load. Finally, its fan is very good and silent, with nice ARGB lighting.
