The Dare To Be Bright Color Base by Beauty Creations is a highly pigmented base designed for eye makeup. You can use this product on any area of your face where you want to enhance the color of your eyeshadow. Its creamy formula attracts shadow particles like a magnet, making any eyeshadow applied on top appear more vibrant and allowing for easy blending.

The special shades can also be used as a cream blush. The shade "black out" is perfect for smoky eye makeup, while the shade "white out" can be used as is or to lighten the color of other bases. These bases are also suitable for the cut-crease technique.
